ESTHER - QT Auckland. The brief for Sean Connolly's latest restaurant, Esther, was to create a soft and warm Mediterranean ambiance. The uniform consists of washed linen and cotton workwear pieces in natural hues, accented with pops of sage and ecru. A primary consideration was the open country-style kitchen, blurring the lines between the front and back of house.

Uniform elements, designed and manufactured by M.N, include tie-back waistcoats, sash-waist tie dresses, linen jumpsuits, linen shirts, cross-back linen aprons, and sand cross-back aprons worn by the bar team.

 

 

Halcyon Days  - We've been collaborating with Halcyon Days since 2020 to create limited edition bags to celebrate each vintage. As the character of every vintage changes, we also adapt the bags accordingly. Their fruit is handpicked, naturally fermented, and their wine is unfined and unfiltered, with no additions. We keep it simple too - we use water-based ink, deadstock lining, and utilize a corflute base, which is a byproduct of the signage industry.

 

 

 

Manon Farm - We designed and produced custom wine bags for Manon Farm, a winery based in Adelaide. The bags feature three wine sleeves to safely carry your precious cargo and are crafted from hard-wearing leaf green canvas woven in Australia. They also boast concealed embroidery and a minimal exterior design.
